Tixivent uses cookies and similar storage so you can stay signed in and so the app can remember your session across pages, including the door scanner and mobile apps.

What we use

• Session cookies — required to know who is signed in (dashboard, scan, sell). These are essential. Staff tools do not work without them.
• Security cookies — help protect sign-in, including Google sign-in when that is enabled.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on marketing or checkout pages. Public ticket checkout may use a captcha provider when that is configured, which may set its own cookies. If you subscribe to Tixivent Pro, Stripe Checkout runs on Stripe's site and may set cookies Stripe needs to complete payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are controlled by Stripe.

Your controls

You can block cookies in your browser. If you block essential cookies you will not be able to sign in. Signing out ends the session cookie.
